This was by far the most fun thing we did for Christmas! A "sleigh" ride (with wheels since there was no snow!) pulled by two beautiful horses. As a family we had this beautiful little barn all to ourselves with Santa and his elf. There was hot chocolate and board games available as well to stay and hang out. We partied with Santa for hours! The kids sat on his lap, sang Jingle Bells with him (with his real sleigh bells!)and all around just had the greatest time. After visiting with Santa we went out for the ride though the words lite up with Christmas lights. The only thing that could have made this night any better was snow. It would have been so pretty! We got our own horse blankets to bundle up in. Which by the way I never knew were so warm! The blanket we were using was over 100 years old and was the best blanket I have ever used! No wonder horses are able to stay out in the winter and be fine. We are so excited to start this as a new yearly tradition!
