Lilyana's First Haircut!

Last Saturday we went to the salon for Lilyana's first haircut. Not much had to be cut off but it needed to be cleaned up. The day didn't go as planned though! As we were waiting for the stylist Lilyana was walking around taking everything in then all of a sudden she fell face forward! She ended up hitting her top lip pretty bad which started to bleed. So right away I ran into the bathroom with her to try to check everything out(at this point we are both crying now!) A couple of the stylists came with ice and towels (they were so nice)to help control the bleeding. Lilyana eventually calmed down and the bleeding stopped but she was not ready to let go of me yet so I ended up holding her in my lap for her haircut. She was such a good girl and sat pretty still for the majority of the time. In the end everything turned out and Lilyana's lip healed up 2 days later.

Playing Around

Lilyana has lately been obsessed with putting her clothes on her head and likes to walk around like this. She cracks us up when she is doing this, she is just too funny!
